Mission: Mission of Badhan Transfusion Center is to provide a low cost transfusion of blood to the people. Its slogan about it is ''Provide privet service at government standerd Cost.

Vision: Vision of BTC is to set up an international standerd transfusion center in bangladesh, where all kind of trasfusion service will be provided.
