General Member: The activists of Badhan who had completed their formal education (Hounors/Masters) and entred into a job or profession can be the general member of Badhan Foundation.

Special Member: The Special Members are nominated by the Executive Committee of Badhan foundation under the rules and regulations of the foundation's constitution.

Honarable Member: Honarable Members are nominated by the Executive Committee of Badhan foundation under the rules and regulations of the foundation's constitution.

Patron Member: Patron Members are nominated by the Executive Committee of Badhan foundation under the rules and regulations of the foundation's constitution. 

Badhan Foundation is a non political and non profit organization.

2. It is aimed to support various health related sectors especially to blood related Deaseses through Badhan Hospital.
3. Ithas projects aimed to support the people during any naturual calamity even in any man made calamity, i.e. (sidr, ayla, rana plaza tragedy etc).
4. Badhan foundation rehabilitates the suffers of natural and man made disesters and regularly monitor them after a period of time.
5. The finacial system of Badhan Foundation is audited regularly by an independent body auditors.
6. Executive Committee members are easily accessible to the community - you can contact them by phone or e-mail and they are accountable for their responsibility to the donors and other members of organization under the artciles of its constitution.
7. All of our energy is focused on helping the human being beyond their cast, race, region, religion and political views.
8. It is aimed to serve the people of Bangladesh voluntarily.

You can donate to Badhan Foundation through bank cheque to Foundations account, bKash and DBBL mobile banking, you can also donate direct (cash) to Chairman, Secretary General and Treasurer of the Foundation.

You can be a member of Badhan Foundation by filling up its membership form. Membership forms are available in Foundation's website and in the office of the foundation. Membership will be confirmed by the Executive committee after your pament of membership fee.

Badhan Foundation respects your privacy and no matter how you contact us, your personal information is never compromised. When you visit or browse our website, we do not collect any information. When you contact us by mail, email, submit an online form, or make an online donation, we do collect information necessary to process the transaction, but we do not share it with external individuals, organizations, or with third parties, unless required by law to do so.

Badhan Foundation mostly uses its own resources to carry out its operations.

Badhan Foundation has about 400 members. The Executive Committee consits of 15 members for a tenure of 2 years. The number of members are increasing day by day.
