Badhan Foundation is an organization of volunteers in Bangladesh, it is a non political and non profit organization which treats all human beings equally and help them without considering their race, caste, religion, social status, and region.

Badhan Foundation operates its all task under the leadership of an executive committee which consits of 15 members, the cheif of the committee and the foundation is chairman. The Executive Committee has a tenure of 2 years.

The member of the Executive Committee of the foundation are elected democratically by an independent Election Commission which is headed by Cheif Election Commissioner.

The members of Executive Committee are responsible to the constitution of the foundation. The projects of the foundation or any other decision regarding the foundation's operation must be taken in an executive meetting of the foundation with the concent of its majority members. The Chairman and The Secrtetary General can take emergency decisions but the decisions must be approved by the Executive Committee in the immediate next meeting of the Executive Committee.
