AGM of Badhan Foundation was held was held with the presence of it's members on October 25, 2019 at R. I. Khan auditorium of Dhaka University (DU). 

President of Badhan Foundation Shahidul Islam Ripon presided over the program while Md. Shahadath Hossain Tanvir, Secretary General anchored the AGM. Farhad Hossain Sumon FCA presented Financial Report and  Secretary Genera presented his report on activities and future plan of Badhan Foundation. After the The Election Commission, Previously formed, announced the new executive commiittee for 2019-2021. Mr Rakib Ahmed was elected as President and S.M Korban Ali as  Secretary General. New committee expressed their gratitude to it's members and hope for the best.
